莉絲嘉納禁甜食 相互監視切油

【李世珍╱綜合報導】珍妮佛嘉納（Jennifer Garner）與奧斯卡影后莉絲威斯朋是多年好友，在洛杉磯比鄰而居，去年生第3胎都弄璋，產後一起上皮拉提斯課剷肉，互相看管禁吃甜食。

感情好像姊妹

40歲的嘉納去年2月產下長子山繆，36歲的莉絲則晚7個月生下么子田納西，她倆生產時間不同，但嘉納持續瘦身，莉絲隨後加入。美國《明星》周刊報導，她倆都愛吃甜食，每當莉絲嘴饞想吃巧克力棒，就打電話給嘉納，反之亦然，並固定結伴做皮拉提斯。她們常交換媽媽經、做公益，感情好得像親姊妹。
