「巨乳名媛」金卡達夏(Kim Kardashian)與知名歌手肯伊威斯特(Kanye West)搞出「人命」後，兩人越是愛得高調。只是原先就不吝嗇展露D奶好身材的金卡達夏，如今懷孕的她又被拍到罩杯升級，漲奶至G奶，讓衣服都快遮不住豐滿上圍。

金卡達夏自從懷了男友肯伊威斯特的小孩後，已經夠豐滿的D奶又升級，她被拍到穿著黑色上衣，卻包不住漲成G乳的雙峰，讓人見識到正港的「波濤胸湧」！只是金卡達夏上圍雖跟著成長，向來也很驚人的下盤同樣跟著變大，讓她被虧上下都很有看頭！
